By accessing or using Resello browser extension and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Resello is a browser extension designed to help Vinted sellers manage their listings more efficiently. The Service includes features such as automatic listing renewal, AI-powered description generation, analytics, and bulk actions. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about its availability, functionality, or compatibility with Vinted's platform.

NO REFUNDS will be issued if any feature of the Service has been used during the billing period. This includes, but is not limited to: listing renewals, AI description generation, bulk actions, analytics access, or any other feature of the Service.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where the user has not used any feature of the paid subscription during the current billing period. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support@resello.io with your account email and reason for the request.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESELLO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. This includes, but is not limited to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees about the results you may achieve using the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
